These are the terms and conditions for joining our Affiliate Program.

Your participation in the STEMREGEN Affiliate Program is also governed by the STEMREGEN Website Terms of Use. Terms in these Terms of Service have the same meaning as in the STEMREGEN Website Terms of Use.

The terms of this agreement are subject to change without prior notice, but we will try to notify you of such changes in advance.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you are applying for the STEMREGEN Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to decline your application and, if we accept, to later remove you from the program at our discretion. As soon as your application is accepted, you can start sharing your affiliate link and earning affiliate commissions.

We already run search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns on Google; therefore, affiliates may not run SEM campaigns for STEMREGEN Products on Google.

To clarify the availability of campaigns on secondary search engines, please contact our Affiliate Manager.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has endorsement rules in place for affiliate marketing. As a provider of dietary supplements, STEMREGEN and its products are regulated by the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA).YOU CAN READ THE FULL DSHEA REGULATION HERE.DSHEA is a complex regulation with which you need to become familiar. In brief, it stipulates two key elements:

• Only structure and function claims can be made regarding dietary supplements, no health claims can be made. In other words, you can say that a dietary supplement can support a normal aspect of human physiology, but not treat or improve any dysfunction.
• Any claim made must be supported by valid scientific data, preferably published in the peer-review scientific literature.

It is important that your activity does not infringe on anyone else’s rights. You agree that any and all of your promotional activities, content and materials related to the STEMREGEN Products:

1. will be your original creation and will not infringe or otherwise violate any right of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right, or any right of publicity or privacy
2. will not be libelous or otherwise defamatory towards STEMREGEN, the STEMREGEN Products, or any third party, and will not depict or place STEMREGEN, the STEMREGEN Products, or any third party in a bad light;
3. will not make any false, deceptive or misleading claims regarding STEMREGEN Products or any competitor products, or promote use of the STEMREGEN Products by consumers other than as directed by STEMREGEN; and
4. will comply with all applicable federal or state laws and regulations and with any directives, limitations, policies, or guidelines provided or conveyed to you by STEMREGEN, as well as those of any third-party platform on which you post content.

When you provide information through a form on the Website or submit a product review through the website, you represent and warrant that you are providing your own contact information and not that of someone else; and that the information you provide is accurate.

You will not hold or attempt to hold STEMREGEN responsible or liable for any result or lack of result of your participation in the STEMREGEN Affiliate Program or for anything else regarding or associated with your participation in the STEMREGEN Affiliate Program.Where permitted by law, STEMREGEN will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for any loss resulting from the use of, the inability to use, or any other matter relating to or associated with your participation in the STEMREGEN Affiliate Program.You will indemnify and hold harmless STEMREGEN and its representatives, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, and partners, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, that may be filed by any third party arising out of: your violation of these Terms of Use, including the breach of any representation or warranty made by you; any violation by you of the rights of someone else; or any other matter relating to or associated with your participation in the STEMREGEN Affiliate Program.

We can end this relationship at any time, and so can you. Our Affiliates are very important to us, we aim to maintain the highest quality relationship between us. We will do all we can to protect this opportunity and make it as productive for you as possible.
