Shipping, Refund, And Payment Policies

At STEMREGEN, it is our goal to make your ordering process as efficient as possible.

Shipping In The United States

  • We ship to all 50 states: Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and US P.O. Boxes. We use a handful of carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS.
  • We offer free shipping on all US orders!!
  • Once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make edits, including modifying or changing delivery address. If your order is lost due to an incomplete or inaccurate delivery address (like missing unit, suite or apartment number) we will not be responsible for a replacement order.  Please double check your order and receipt for accuracy or email us as soon as possible.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major carrier holidays.
  • Orders take one (1) business day to be processed at our warehouse. You can expect your order to ship one (1) business day after it is placed, but we do not make a guarantee as it can take longer during busy seasons.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notice email with the tracking information. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.  If you do not receive a shipping notice email within 1-2 business days from the date your order was processed, please check your spam folder for an email from CARE@STEMREGEN.CO or reach out to us for the tracking number.
  • Standard shipping: Delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days once your order has shipped. Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may range from 1-3 weeks.

Shipping To International

Currently Stemregen only ships internationally to Canada.

  • Shipping rates are calculated and displayed in your final total during checkout once you have entered your delivery address, and prior to finalizing your order.
  • All other shipping polices follow shipping in US policies.
  • Exchange rates applicable to Canadian orders will be calculated according to Authorize.net policies and practices.
  • Stemregen pays the duties and taxes on Canadian orders, but a small surcharge of 15% of the product value will be added to your purchase.
  • Shipments to Canada are exclusively fulfilled via UPS.
  • We do not deliver to PO boxes in Canada.

90 Day Refund Policy On Your First Bottle!

We take great pride in the quality of the products we offer, and your 100% satisfaction is our primary goal. As a result, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on purchases made on the official Stemregen website. If you do not love Stemregen for any reason, we are here to help process your return, see below for details:

  • This policy applies as a full refund within 90 days from purchase date on initial (first-time) orders only.
  • This 90-day money back guarantee is limited to one (1) bottle of STEMREGEN per household. This one (1) bottle does not need to be returned, and the refund amount will be equal to the value paid, less shipping if applicable.
  • To request a refund, under our 90-day money back guarantee policy for one (1) bottle of STEMREGEN please let us know by emailing us at CARE@STEMREGEN.CO­­­­­­ and be prepared to provide some of the following: email address associated with the order, first and last name, delivery address, and/or order number.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to the original payment method or if approved once the product is received. 
  • For any other return or refund request, please let us know by emailing us at CARE@STEMREGEN.CO­­­­­­ Any product beyond one (1) bottle requested to be returned outside of our 90-day money back guarantee is subject to approval. If approved all products must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received within 14 days of the date the return was requested to the return delivery address, we will provide you.   Returns will incur a handling fee of $6.95 per order and once we receive your return, we will refund the original payment method as outlined above.
  • All costs associated with return shipping of product back to us including, but not limited to return shipping charges, insurance (recommended) taxes and duties, if applicable are non-refundable.  We do not provide return shipping labels.
  • Damaged or missing items: If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, or your shipment is short, you must reach out to us by email at CARE@STEMREGEN.CO within ten days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. You will need your order number found on the packing slip inside the package and we may ask for you to send pictures. As soon as resolved we will expedite a replacement order.
