We currently use Stripe and/or Authorize.net to process online payments for STEMREGEN Products; Stripe and Authorize.net will collect and process some Personal Data for those purposes. Authorize.net's Data Processing Agreement governs Authorize.net's use, storage, and other processing of Personal Data.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. We use YotPo to provide you the opportunity to review STEMREGEN Products and read reviews made by others. When you provide a review, YotPo will collect and process some Personal Data for those purposes. YotPo's Privacy Policy governs YotPo's use, storage, and other processing of Personal Data.
We use HubSpot to help us better communicate with you and improve the services we provide through the Website, and we may share your Personal Data with HubSpot for this purpose. HubSpot's Privacy Policy governs HubSpot's use, storage, and other processing of Personal Data.
If you are a STEMREGEN Affiliate, we will use Skio and LeadDyno to track your affiliate sales and help manage our Affiliate program. We may share your Personal Data with Skio and LeadDyno for this purpose, and they may collect your Personal Data for this purpose. The Skio Privacy Policy and the LeadDyno Global Privacy Policy govern each company's use, storage, and other processing of Personal Data.
We may also provide Personal Data to additional third parties, but only to the extent we deem necessary in order to provide you with the Website or with your express permission.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. When you visit or make purchases on our store, Shopify processes your personal data as our service provider. The STEMREGEN mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by STEMREGEN ("STEMREGEN", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to STEMREGEN's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of STEMREGEN through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
