The Challenge of Poor Microcirculation for Stem Cells
Stem cells need to pass through the body’s smallest blood vessels, or capillaries, to reach tissues that require repair. However, chronic inflammation can damage the microvasculature, making it difficult for stem cells to circulate effectively. Capillaries, only about 12 microns in diameter, must be healthy and flexible for stem cells, which can be as large as 20 microns, to squeeze through and reach their target areas. Without proper microcirculation, stem cells cannot effectively perform their repair functions.
How Mobilize Supports Capillary Flow
